RECLASSIFYING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE BOTH ACADEMIC AND ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE.
STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
The Retention and Development Program at Frohlich Prep is expertly designed to empower student-athletes to achieve peak athletic performance while excelling academically. Our program delivers high-quality athletic training coupled with vital academic support, ensuring our students thrive in both domains.
Some of the state's most elite high school basketball players have chosen to invest a strategic retention year at FRO Prep—and the results speak for themselves.
Rather than just biding their time, these athletes completely bought into the FRO Prep standard. They didn't just practice; they underwent a relentless, highest-level training regimen designed to bridge the gap between raw talent and elite execution.
Because of this dedicated development period, these players are returning to the high school circuit completely transformed. They now possess:
Elite Basketball IQ: A masterclass understanding of floor spacing, advanced defensive schemes, and situational awareness.
Next-Level Physicality: The strength, conditioning, and court presence required to absorb contact and dominate the paint from day one.
Immediate Impact Capability: They aren't just ready to compete; they are built to lead, produce, and alter the trajectory of a program immediately.
FRO Prep isn't just a holding ground—it’s a launching pad for the state's next generation of dominant high school stars.
