Postgraduate programs, often referred to as “fifth year” or “gap year” programs, provide high school graduates with the opportunity to enhance their athletic, academic, and life skills while pursuing admission to the college or university that best fits their goals. In response to the increasing demand for postgraduate programs, particularly in today's challenging collegiate athlete environment, FRO has launched customized programs led by top coaches and industry experts.

FRO’s postgraduate programs enable athletes to grow both as players and individuals. These programs enable athletes to continue their physical development, improve their speed, and refine their skills. Equally important, our postgraduate programs expose players to higher levels of competition and coaching. Our staff is committed to two key objectives: improving players’ performance and helping them connect with the appropriate college programs. Advantages for athletes who participate in FRO’s postgraduate program include an additional summer to attend NCAA-certified camps. One of the significant benefits of opting for a postgraduate year is that it does not count against a player’s NCAA eligibility, unlike playing at the junior college or community college level does.
