Waiver of Liablity

I agree to indemnity and hold harmless Live Fytt Corporation, Frohlich Sports Academy, and TriFytt Sports, LLC or any of its agents, contractors or employees from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, cost arising out of an act of negligence arising from any incident, accident, injury, or damage to any person or person during which time the athlete is participating in the program up to and including the time when the athlete is released. I agree to allow Live Fytt Corporation, Frohlich Sports Academy, and TriFytt Sports, LLC to use photographs and video's of the athlete taking during the program for use in marketing and promotional materials. Live Fytt Corporation, Frohlich Sports Academy, and TriFytt Sports, LLC reserves the right to withdraw athlete from the program without refund due to disruptive behavior.
